It's less than an hour until 2008, and I am happy to say we're all caught up! The "Aries' Cage" and "Breath" T-shirts went on sale today, and The Chronicles of Nightfire, Texas #12 "The Journal of Valentinus Alexas Revisited" was published as a free ebook and a print edition. What a trial it was getting it up by tonight! So many technical issues befell me, including a power surge that wiped out all of my latest draft. I was down to the wire re-re-drafting this episode, and I'm very happy with the final result. This is a very revealing episode of the series and will send several characters' lives in unexpected new directions. This is one of those "point of no return" moments that I love so much in series. Actually, when the series resumes in March, I'd buckle up. Nightfire will not be pulling any punches from here until the very end of "The Haunting of Alexas Mansion" storyline.
