Happy new year!

There's a lot going on this year, much to look forward to. First off, the release schedule is being reworked. At this moment, it means that some things that should have already been released or that were about to be released, are being pushed back, however, once the new schedule gets rolling, you'll see that many more things will be out much sooner than previously stated. The main idea is to get all of my previous works out in their new formats as soon as humanly possible, starting with the rest of my short fiction, then The Chronicles of Nightfire, Texas, and then my two novels, releasing them in blocks, rather than one at a time. The reason for this is that I was feeling a little bit oppressed by my earlier works. The epic re-release schedule to bring them up to date with current e-readers and such was really cramping my ability to focus on new projects. I wanted them out of the way and behind me, where they belonged, so that I could put all of my energy into my more current projects.

It was also becoming annoying to me that so many of my works were no longer available, as they awaited a refresh that could be months down the road. I wanted all of my previous work to be available to my readers, especially considering how relevant some of it is to what's going on in the world today. It was tiresome, having to tell people to wait to read something I'd published that was now in limbo. It seemed wrong to have these things like The Great Debate, or "The Briar Patch Evangelist" just gathering dust while the villains they were written to oppose built up steam in the political arena. I wanted them back on the job. So we have pulled the release schedule and are reworking it even as I write this, to achieve this goal as quickly as possible. Once these "old friends" have taken their place back at the family table, we'll re-post the release schedule and get to work on all of the new additions to this body of work of which I am so proud.

I hope that clears things up for those of you who've been waiting patiently for more of my older fiction to hit Kindle, or for the next new chapter of Nightfire or Nod. It's all coming your way, very, very soon. :)
