Since the last entry I made here, I posted a second entry to my Piece of Mind blog (July 3), posted haiku #102 (July 5) and 103 (July 12), replaced the "In the Works" page with the new "Current Projects" page, and posted haiku #104 (July 19), #105 (July 26), #106 (August 9), and #107 (August 16).
I've also been regularly updating and revising the "Release Schedule" page. I have it color coded now. Releases written in black are set dates, releases written in gray are fully written projects that are not yet 100% set dates, and releases written in green are projects that are being written and are very tentative dates.
I keep having to push the return of The Chronicles of Nightfire, Texas back, because I still don't have the disk repaired. In fact, I've been preparing myself mentally for the possibility that everything on the disk may be lost to me, and I may have to rewrite what was on it from memory, to the best of my ability. I'm fairly sure I can accomplish this, if it comes to that. It's just usually no fun writing the same thing twice. It's tedious and will take a lot of will power on my part. Nevertheless, this is what I will have to do, and soon, if the data on the disk is not able to be retrieved.
Meanwhile, I am going to try very hard to have some short stories posted when the release schedule says they are due, even though they are written in green at the moment. I've been out of town, doing mission work in San Diego, finishing up the summer with my youth group. This is the first week I may have time to write anything at all.
If all goes well, I'll have "The Trial of Ooga Booga" posted in eBook form one week from today!
